I'm a Detroit wedding and portrait photographer who's spent the past 9+ years creating legacy art for Michigan families. From wedding days all over Michigan to Metro Detroit maternity sessions, engagement sessions, and family portraits. I photograph the moments that become your visual history whether that's a classic studio portrait or a portrait in your best element.

Hi friends, I'm Erika.
The Experience
From start to finish, my goal is to make your experience seamless and stress free. I am primarily a Detroit wedding photographer, but I travel all over Michigan for weddings. I've had the pleasure of photographing beautiful weddings as far as Traverse City and Cleveland, Ohio. For portrait sessions, I work in-studio at my own in-home studio right in Armada, Michigan.
For Weddings: Once you pick me as your wedding photographer, you sign the contract, pay your retainer and you'll be 100% booked! It's that easy. We'll stay in contact with each other with details of your wedding day. I help guide couples with the timeline of the day and how I fit into that timeline. If you do not have a coordinator and want me to create your timeline with you, I am more than happy to do that.
For Portraits: You will sign the contract and pay the session fee upfront. We'll spend the time to plan your session out with outfits, backgrounds, etc. We can have some fun with it! Your session will be smooth. At the end of your session, we will schedule a reveal and purchasing consultation for about 2 weeks after your session day. Your reveal and purchasing consultation will be in person where you will get to see the finished photos! This is where you will also purchase your images and products.
